SBL Player of the Week Goes to Lambert of Auburn Monday, May 9th, 2016 Randy Lambert is respected by most Auburn Tigers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Skip Bertman League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .444 average (12-27) with 6 home runs, 15 RBIs and 15 runs scored. This season Lambert is batting .378 with 48 hits, 11 home runs, 37 RBIs, 23 walks, .474 OBP and has scored 33 runs. He has played in 34 games. |
