That would be hard to believe for anyone who saw him dispose of the Horned Frogs with a great 5-hit performance. "He made it look easy," said the TCU manager, who saw his team fall to the Rice Owls, 16-8. "Hats off to him!" Allen Corrigan singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, struck out in the 6th, flied out in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 9th. Thus far this year Corrigan has hit .423 with 2 home runs and 14 RBIs. |
