Guzmán Goes 5-5 Monday, May 11th, 2015 It was an almost perfect day for Raúl Guzmán today at Biglerville College Fields. The Sooners third baseman was sensational at the plate with 5 base hits in 5 tries, it just wasn't enough to beat the Clemson Tigers. They spoiled his great day with a 5-4 win over Oklahoma. Raúl Guzmán singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th. This year Guzmán has socked 50 hits in 144 at-bats for a .347 average with 2 home runs. He is getting on base at a .412 pace and his totals also include 28 RBIs and 21 runs scored. |
