Skip Bertman League Names Hurt Best Batter Monday, April 14th, 2014 Alan Hurt captured all the headlines last week and today he added to his booty with the Skip Bertman League Player of the Week trophy. The South Illinois Salukis second baseman hammered league hurlers for 11 hits in 20 at-bats, a .550 average and 7 home runs. He also collected 13 RBIs and 7 runs scored. |
