Hooper Takes Personal Leave Saturday, January 7th, 2012 Houston reliever Dave Hooper will miss an indefinite period of time to tend to "personal issues". Hooper refused to elaborate on what exactly the issues were, but added that they were "more important than baseball, that's for sure". Sting manager Frédéric Blin commented that they will "expect to be without Hooper for quite some time and that we'll have to plan long-term to be without him". |
