July's #1 Starter Named in AHL Wednesday, August 1st, 2012 Over the past month Charles Clark has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the August Herrman League. He proved all that and now he's been named July's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Bethesda Hornets posted 5-0 mark and a 1.75 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 46.1 innings, permitted 30 hits and fanned 54 batters. This season Clark has a 21-2 record with a 2.13 ERA. |
