Owens Named AHL Cy Young Award Winner Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 The August Herrman League announced today that its 2019 Cy Young Award has been given to Westside Road Warriors relief specialist Jacob Owens. He had a superlative season, making 61 relief appearances and getting 19 saves. Owens ran up a 13-5 record and a 1.76 ERA. He totaled 81.2 innings with 113 strikeouts and 53 hits allowed. |
