Bad News for Stingrays, Anderson Injured Wednesday, September 18th, 2019 The Stingrays received bad news this morning. Rob Anderson will miss 11 months due to a torn labrum. He sustained the injury in the Sanford-Whitewater game while throwing a pitch. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Anderson sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." This season Anderson has compiled a 10-15 record with a 4.62 ERA in 32 starts. |
