Today at The Barn the Winfield first baseman really burned Vista pitching, going 5-for-5 in the Warriors 11-4 triumph. "When he's seeing the ball well," his skipper told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded." Ken Aoki singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. This year Aoki has 5 home runs and a .367 batting average. |
