Bums Zhang Named AHL's #1 Player Monday, August 12th, 2019 The baseball must have looked as big as a balloon to Way-ming Zhang of Palm Beach last week. The first baseman had quite a 6-game stretch and today he was named the August Herrman League Player of the Week. Zhang delivered 12 hits in 23 at-bats to hit .522 with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs. For the season Zhang is hitting .325, batted in 15 runs with 5 home runs and 14 runs scored. |
