Hernández Strokes 5 Hits Saturday, July 6th, 2019 It was a parade of hits for Jorge Hernández of the Cherry Hill Stealers... one right after another... a total of 5 for the day. He ravaged the Beach City Seals for 5 hits in his 5 at-bats and propelled the Stealers to a 14-7 victory. "Hernández was really good and we were really bad," groaned the Seals manager. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Jorge Hernández hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Marc Norton in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 7th. Hernández is currently hitting at a .269 pace with 9 home runs, 24 RBIs and has scored 24 times. |
