BOL Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, June 3rd, 2019 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Buck O'Neil League, but last week José Ibarra of the Chippewa River Chiefs reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Ibarra rocked opposing pitching for a .345 average (10-29), 5 home runs and 18 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this year, Ibarra is batting .286 with 11 home runs and 47 RBIs. |
