Taizo Hasegawa out 4 Months With Injury

Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against Chippewa River Chiefs, Gnats reliever Taizo Hasegawa was injured throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 4 months with a ruptured finger tendon. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Nichols skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow.
On the year Hasegawa has no saves in 8 relief appearances with a 0-0 record and 4.50 ERA.
