Vij Vedavyasa Sidelined for 4 Months Sunday, May 12th, 2019 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Jedi Knights when after today's game against the Lost, the club found out they would be without the services of Vij Vedavyasa for at least 4 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Vedavyasa was injured earlier today making a defensive play and suffered a broken kneecap. So far this year, Vedavyasa is batting .265 with 2 home runs and 13 RBIs. |
