Yamada Belts 5 Hits Tuesday, April 16th, 2019 The Warriors whipped the Saints 17-11 at Saints Ballpark and Kaoru Yamada had a big hand in the win. The Warriors left fielder came to the plate 5 times and collected 5 hits. It was a good day for Yamada and a tough day for St. Paul. "I just go up there and whale away and hope it hits the barrel of the bat," he said. "There really isn't any plan." Plan or not, Yamada delivered today -- 5-5 is outstanding in any league.
