Drew Burns out 4-5 Months With Injury Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 After the end of today's game between Las Vegas and Barrow, Drew Burns skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, the Lost had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The reliever will miss at least 4-5 months with a torn back muscle. Burns has taken the hill for 13 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 1-0 record with a 2.29 ERA. The Las Vegas reliever has limited opposing batters to a .225 batting average. |
