Bad News for Houston, García Injured Monday, June 25th, 2018 The Houston Sting were informed today by team doctors that starting pitcher António García sustained shoulder inflammation in a recent game against the Sanford Stingrays and will not play for 7 months. García was hurt throwing a pitch. Thus far this season, García has worked 98 innings with 90 strikeouts en route to a 10-3 record and a 4.78 ERA. |
