Guillén of Tempe Player of the Week Monday, July 17th, 2017 Daniel Guillén burst onto the August Herrman League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie first baseman for Tempe garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 21-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .529 (9-17) with no home runs and 4 RBIs last week. So far this year Guillén is hitting .293 with 4 home runs. |
