Bad News for Blue Claws, Benton Injured Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Dan Benton of the Blue Claws knows this firsthand. He was injured against the Las Vegas Lost while throwing a pitch. Because of a torn flexor tendon in his elbow, the Baltimore reliever is expected to miss 7-8 months.
