BOL Announces Best Batter Award Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 José Medina put together a good June to earn the Buck O'Neil League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Kingwood officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Knights first baseman posted a .361 batting average with 8 home runs, 24 RBIs and 20 runs scored. Currently Medina is batting .327 with 13 home runs and 46 RBIs. |
