Yasukazu Kiyomizu to Miss 6-7 Months Sunday, September 29th, 2019 Earlier today, Temple second baseman Yasukazu Kiyomizu had to leave the game against Lake of the Isles because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will miss 6-7 months of play. Kiyomizu was hurt throwing the ball and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. This year Kiyomizu is batting .268 with 6 home runs and 53 RBIs. |
