Ford Frick League's Best Batter Announced Monday, September 16th, 2019 It was announced today by the Ford Frick League that Rock River second baseman Ed Kennedy had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. The Rock River second baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers, pounding them for a .478 average (11-23) with 2 home runs and 11 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor.
