League Gives Molina Suspension Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 A press release issued by the league stated that Goers shortstop Jorge Molina was suspended for "confronting a game official" after yesterday's Temple-Spokane at The Kennel. In the statement the league said, "This is totally unacceptable behavior and will be dealt with harshly." Molina had a run-in with the home plate umpire during the game and was ejected for vehemently objecting to a third strike. Molina is hitting .217 this year with 2 home runs, 26 RBIs and 32 runs scored. He has 70 hits in 322 at-bats, 33 walks and a .289 on-base percentage. Molina has played in 85 games. |
