FFL Star of the Week Named Monday, August 12th, 2019 The Ford Frick League made it official today: Mike Franklin is the Player of the Week. He really sparkled on the diamond this week with a .586 average to take home the trophy. The Rock River third baseman went 17-29, drove in 9 runs, scored 9 times and hit 2 home runs. So far on the season Franklin is hitting .397 with 5 home runs, 29 RBIs and 34 runs scored. He has 73 hits and played in 46 games. |
