Rowdy Players Suspended by League Wednesday, July 17th, 2019 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Spokane-Cincinnati contest at The Kennel. The Bulldogs Katsumi Sato and the Snaps Sylvester Evans will have to sit out 6 games for their part in the brawl. Sato is currently hitting at a .260 pace with 5 home runs and 12 RBIs. This season Evans has picked up 1 save and posted a 2-1 record with a 8.69 ERA. He has 46 relief appearances, tossed 38.1 innings and struck out 36. |
