The Newark first baseman gave it his all and dominated Asheville pitching today at Cobras Ballpark with a great 5-for-6 game. However, when the game ended, the scoreboard showed the Tourists went home the winner, 6-5. Doug White singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI double in the 7th and struck out in the 9th. |
