Kyalian Goes 5-6 Saturday, June 29th, 2019 It was an almost perfect day. Silicon Valley first baseman Euthymius Kyalian displayed a hot bat today, enjoying an outstanding 5-hit day. But something was missing -- the Hackers failed to win -- they lost to the Bird-in-Hand Hunters 10-8 "Some days, Lady Luck is on your side, some days she's not," he modestly told BNN reporters after the game. His manager told the beat writers otherwise, "His hitting wasn't luck today. It's his solid approach to hitting. Euthymius is focused, patient and he hits to all fields. The more solid at-bats you put together, the more success you're going to have, and vice versa." The 27-year-old first baseman for the Hackers collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats to get his name in the record book. Euthymius Kyalian singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 10th.
