White Goes 5-6 Against West Coast Monday, June 10th, 2019 The Newark Jail Birds upended the West Coast Defenders at North Shore Park today in large part to right fielder Todd White, who had a smashing day with the bat -- he racked up 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and help propel the Jail Birds to a 19-9 victory. Todd White singled in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit a three-run double in the 7th and singled in the 8th. Posting a .296 batting average to date, White has 8 home runs and 43 RBIs. |
