Bad News for Mustang, Lundberg Injured Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Mustang when after today's game against the Beehive, the club found out they would be without the services of Jeff Lundberg for at least 4 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Lundberg was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered radial nerve compression. Currently Lundberg has a 4-2 won-lost record in 10 starts with a 4.56 ERA. He also has 58 strikeouts in 51.1 innings. |
