Lake of the Isles's Horan Suspended for 3 Games Friday, April 19th, 2019 Vinícius Horan, second baseman for the Lake of the Isles Wolves, will be getting a few days off the hard way -- a 3-game suspension for aggressively arguing with an umpire in a recent game with Riverside. After being called out on strikes, Horan stood toe-to-toe with the home plate umpire and hotly contested the call. Apparently he got too close to the arbiter and was ejected from the game, allegedly making contact with the bill of his cap. "I don't remember billing him. I don't remember doing that," Horan told BNN today. Currently Horan is batting .111 with no home runs and 2 RBIs. |
