San Antonio's Nance Takes Best Pitcher Prize Sunday, October 28th, 2018 The Cy Young Award for 2018 has been presented and the Ford Frick League winner is Dave Nance of San Antonio. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Nance. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Storm Troopers star told reporters. Nance excelled with an impressive 14-7 record in 28 starts. In 183.2 innings he yielded 155 hits and 63 walks, while striking out 183 and compiling a fine 3.28 ERA. |
