Wilkerson Goes Cycling Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 Silicon Valley first baseman Matt Wilkerson had a field day at San Jose Municipal Stadium battering Asheville pitchers and hitting for the cycle. He sparked the Hackers to a 11-3 triumph over the Tourists by going 4-5 with 5 runs batted in and scoring 1 run. Matt Wilkerson struck out in the 2nd, doubled in the 3rd, hit a two-run triple in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Bryan Pace in the 8th. This year Wilkerson is batting .198 with 17 home runs. He has scored 56 runs and driven in 71. |
