Hits Galore: Bradford Drills 5 Hits Saturday, May 5th, 2018 Gerald Bradford was unstoppable, but his club, the Ducks, was not unbeatable. Despite his hitting heroics they lost to the Yorba Linda Mustangs 16-3. He battered them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His only consolation will be a boost in his batting average and a brief mention in the record book. Bradford just shook his head after the game, saying to the BNN reporters, "It's the team with the most runs that wins... not the most hits." Gerald Bradford singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Sergio Ortíz in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
