ACL Player of the Week Selected Monday, August 21st, 2017 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Alexander Cartwright League, but last week John Fields of the Frisco Rams reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Fields rocked opposing pitching for a .360 average (9-25), 3 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. Fields has a .250 average and a .308 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 60 hits, 9 home runs and driven in 43 runs. |
