King Wins Best Bat Trophy in May Thursday, June 1st, 2017 Newark third baseman Henry King was certainly bad news for pitchers in the month of May. He wore them out going 37 for 89 and was rewarded with the Alexander Cartwright League Batter of the Month award. He hit .416 with 8 home runs, 27 RBIs and scored 25 runs. Presently King is batting .326 with 9 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has played in 48 games and scored 36 times. |
