FFL's Best Player Named Monday, August 3rd, 2015 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Ford Frick League, but last week Atsumori Sato of the Sandy Springs Spartans reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Sato rocked opposing pitching for a .333 average (10-30), 5 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. For the year Sato has hit .263 with 14 home runs, 45 RBIs and scored 52 runs. |
