Bennett on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, September 10th, 2012 Artie Bennett is respected by most El Paso Diablos fans for his no-frills style of play. The 22-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Kade Stenson League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .457 average (16-35) with 5 home runs, 14 RBIs and 13 runs scored. Thus far this year Bennett is hitting .267 with 27 home runs, 80 RBIs and 62 runs scored. |
