Detroit's Walker Chosen August's Best in BCL Sunday, September 1st, 2019 It was a monstrous August for the Blake Camden League Pitcher of the Month award winner, Steve Walker of the Detroit Death Stars. He put up some mighty scary numbers. Walker recorded 6 wins and no losses in 6 starts. Throwing a total of 41.2 innings, he yielded 25 hits, mowed down 47 on strikes, gave up 9 walks and put up a solid ERA of 1.30 in a stellar month on the mound. This year Walker has a 6-1 record and a 2.51 ERA. |
