Castro Wins Best Bat Trophy in August Sunday, September 1st, 2019 The Kade Stenson League has made it official -- Lorenzo Castro is the winner of the Batter of the Month trophy. In August, the Acapulco first baseman starred with a .342 batting average, 8 home runs and 23 RBIs. Castro also had 20 walks, posted a .443 on-base percentage and scored 27 times. On the year Castro has hit .314 with 14 home runs, 39 RBIs and scored 41 runs. |
