League Suspends Reynolds and Jackson for Brawl Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 The two main figures in yesterday's brawl at Mystic Lake Stadium have been suspended for 6 games each. That action was taken today by the league commissioner's office and will take effect immediately. The suspended players are Matt Reynolds of the Mdewanketon Sabercats and Kevin Jackson of the Philadelphia Freedom. Thus far this year Reynolds is batting .224 with 10 home runs, 33 RBIs and 40 runs scored. Over the season, Jackson has made 28 relief appearances with 2 saves. He has K'd 24 batters in 43.2 innings, yielded 25 walks and has a 3.30 ERA. Jackson's record this year is 1-1. |
