Streak Finally Over, Moore Held Hitless Wednesday, July 31st, 2019 The Pasadena Bumblebees clamped down on Pete Moore and put a stop to his hit streak at 27 straight games. He went without a hit, but it didn't keep the Argonauts from winning the game. Astoria downed the Bumblebees 3-2. Moore is batting .379 this season in 77 games with 16 home runs, 69 RBIs and 62 runs scored. He has 114 hits in 301 at-bats. |
