Hartman Bangs Out 6 Base Hits Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019 All game long Bronx's Lance Hartman was rattling the walls at Bronx Ballpark and banging out base hits against the Billings Mustangs. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 6-hit day and the Bombers had a 11-10 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 24-year-old third baseman said, "Get 6 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Lance Hartman singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, walked in the 6th, singled in the 8th, hit a two-run single in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 10th. Hartman is hitting .259 this year with 7 home runs and 47 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .307, 26 walks and scored 52 times. |
