Serna Pitches Arsenal to Shutout Victory Tuesday, June 11th, 2019 The El Paso Diablos met their match today in South Bay hurler Alberto Serna. He kept them guessing the whole game and spun a 1-hit shutout. "He just worked us over," the El Paso skipper said. "He probably didn't even take a shower after the game. I don't think he even worked up a sweat. They could probably pitch him again tomorrow." In the 13-0 victory Serna whiffed 10 and gave up 2 walks. This year Serna has fanned 60 in 66 innings and collected a 3-2 record with a 3.41 ERA. |
