Poulin Takes KSL Top Starter Trophy Saturday, June 1st, 2019 Over the past month Vern Poulin has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Kade Stenson League. He proved all that and now he's been named May's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Westwood Warriors posted 4-0 mark and a 1.80 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 45 innings, permitted 30 hits and fanned 35 batters. For the year Poulin has compiled a 7-2 record with a 2.79 ERA. |
