KSL's #1 Batter Announced Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 For a rookie just breaking in, José Contreras certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the KSL Batter of the Month award for July. The 25-year-old left fielder for the Indian Wells Aeropostales hit .404 with 4 home runs, 17 RBIs and 16 runs scored. This year Contreras has hit 7 home runs and posted a .326 batting average. |
