Ángel González Suffers Injury Monday, July 23rd, 2018 Watching Ángel González getting helped off the field today at The War Dome, fans of the Philadelphia Freedom feared the worst. The news wasn't quite as bad as initially feared, but the reliever will miss 6 months with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. "We feel we've dodged a bullet. When you see a guy break down like that, you worry right away," a team spokesman said. González suffered the injury throwing a pitch in the game against the Titans. |
