Philadelphia CL Anderson Will Miss 12 Months Saturday, June 16th, 2018 Philadelphia Freedom closer Ron Anderson suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament during a recent game with the Billings Mustangs and will miss 12 months. Anderson told BNN, "I hurt it throwing a pitch. I'm optimistic that I will be back quicker than they say." This year in 24 relief appearances, Anderson has collected 10 saves while posting an ERA of 5.14 and 23 strikeouts in 21 innings. His totals for the year also include 1 win and 2 losses. |
