Kennedy 5-5 for Reno Saturday, June 9th, 2018 Reno right fielder Joe Kennedy really lit up the Antioch Coal Miners with a 5-hit barrage today at House of Pain -- a performance that sparked the Raiders to a 7-2 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Joe Kennedy singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Chih Pang in the 8th. This season Kennedy is swinging the bat at a .343 pace. He has hit 20 home runs and scored 59 times, while driving in 53. His on-base percentage is .402 and he has played in 60 games. |
