Great Week for Reno's Jonathan Zimmerman Monday, July 17th, 2017 At the age of 29, Jonathan Zimmerman might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Reno left fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .385 batting average. For his efforts Zimmerman collected the Blake Camden League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 5 hits in 13 at-bats, 3 home runs and 10 RBIs last week in 4 games. This year Zimmerman has batted at a .325 pace with 64 hits, 10 home runs, 48 RBIs and scored 35 times. |
