Bombers Rosas BCL Hitter of the Week Monday, August 3rd, 2015 So far in his young career, Jorge Rosas has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Blake Camden League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 20-year-old Bronx Bombers second baseman hit at a torrid .429 clip as he collected 12 hits in 28 at-bats, 4 home runs, 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored. This season Rosas is swinging the bat at a .333 rate with 30 hits in 90 at-bats. To date he has hit 10 home runs, scored 26 runs and driven in 24. |
